Course Description

Part of the Collaboration Fund in Biodiversity and Environment at USC, the aim of this workshop is to discuss different areas of population, genomics data analysis. Topics include: sequence based follow-up to GWAS, genealogically-based analysis of tumor growth, cross-species analysis of the distribution of fitness of amino-acid mutations, allele specific expression, local adaptation, linear mixed models LIMIX and detecting regulatory gene-environment interactions.
