Introduction to Improvement Methodology
Who Should Attend
Course is designed for all USC faculty, post-docs and students.
This course introduces both faculty, postdocs and students to the basic concepts of practical improvement methodologies using examples from healthcare and engineering, with a goal of identifying and developing improvement methods for application in academic practice of day to day life. By the end of the workshop, participants will be expected to have identified an area for improvement, an aim statement, a driver diagram, a high level process map and their measures for improvement.
