Women Negotiating for Leadership Success

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for women faculty from all health sciences departments (KSOM, OT/PT, Dentistry, Pharmacy).

Course Description

Objective is to provide negotiating tactics for women faculty at all ranks. Dr. Yasmin Davidds will discuss the vast array of negotiating skills that can help guide women through multiple aspects of their lives, by covering strategies to empower women to consider when approaching negotiations. Areas to include: pay, resources, job position/title, and work/life balance.
