USC Launches New Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The University of Southern California has officially launched innovation.usc.edu, a new website dedicated to elevating innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup activity across the university. Developed by the Office of Research and Innovation, the platform went live on May 30, 2025, and serves as a central gateway for the entire Trojan community to explore the people, programs, and opportunities driving innovation at USC.

Designed with students, faculty, and industry collaborators in mind, the new site brings together the university’s vast entrepreneurial ecosystem into one cohesive digital experience.

A One-Stop Resource for Innovators

The site is organized to help users quickly find what they need—whether that’s joining an accelerator program, launching a startup, navigating tech transfer, or exploring funding opportunities. Visitors can: (1) Discover university-wide innovation and entrepreneurship programs; (2) Learn how to commercialize research or launch a company; (3) Connect with mentors, collaborators, and innovation hubs; and (4) Read stories of Trojan-led ventures making waves in their fields.

From student-led startups to deep tech spinouts and social impact ventures, innovation.usc.edu showcases the breadth of innovation happening across all USC schools and disciplines.

Connecting a Growing Ecosystem

The launch of the website marks a milestone in the university’s broader efforts to connect and amplify its innovation ecosystem. With a growing slate of initiatives—such as USC Techstars Catalyst, internal funding programs, and translational research support—OORI is building a foundation for sustainable innovation at every stage of the journey.

Visit and Share

All members of the USC community are invited to visit, explore, and share innovation.usc.edu with peers, collaborators, and partners. The site will continue to evolve with new content, features, and updates that reflect the dynamic work of Trojan innovators.
