The Center’s mission is to advance the practice of ethical business leadership though research, educational programs, curriculum development, seminars, and community outreach. The Neely Center seeks to inspire a new generation of leaders dedicated to informed and morally courageous decision making that is in the best interest of both the organization and society. The Center has been established as an institution of learning and discovery and purpose of which is to educate and prepare values-guided, principles-driven men and women to serve the highest-order needs of the individuals, organizations, and communities they lead.
